J. Krishna Palemar is a Karnataka politician with the BJP, currently serving as Minister of Environment and Ports in the B. S. Yeddyurappa government.
By profession, he is a realtor, builder, businessman and an educationist. He was the pioneer of low-cost mass housing township 'Landlinks Township', near Mangalore. He belongs to the small but progressive community called Ramakshatriya.
